The whole family. One weekend. Come home.
Everyone who has registered. Photos are added as families sign up.
Fill out one form for your entire household. This is how we plan food, shirts, activities, and make sure everyone has a spot.
At this point, registering is confirming that you will be there since confirmations have already been sent out.
Once we get an estimated headcount, we will come up with a budget and dues for everyone. We will begin planning based on the number who confirms and begins paying dues.
By submitting this form you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy. One registration per household.
Everything you need to know before you register.
So we can plan food, shirts, activities, and make sure everyone has a spot. No registration, no spot.
Registering is not confirming. When you confirm after the date is set, that is when you will be billed for dues.
Once the planning committee builds an estimated budget we will divide it up with a base amount per person. Children are a lower rate.
Members traveling from out of town will pay slightly less than local members to account for airfare and hotel costs.
You will only be billed for the members you confirm are actually coming.
Hotel, airfare, and travel costs are not covered in dues.
Dues are billed after you confirm which members of your household can make it on the date everyone votes on.
Your invoice will include your exact amount and due date.
Venue, food, activities, and your reunion shirt. Everything you need for the weekend.
Hotel, airfare, and travel costs are not included.
Yes. You can pay in full with a debit or credit card, or use Klarna or Afterpay.
If you need a payment plan we can set that up so your dues are paid off by the official cutoff deadline.
Contact the planning committee as soon as possible.
Dues are non-refundable once any deposit or payment goes out on behalf of the reunion.
Yes. Once the venue is confirmed you will be sent a hotel booking link to reserve your room or rooms.
Guests must be registered with your household during registration.
Anyone not registered will not have a guaranteed spot for food, shirts, or activities.
More details will be shared closer to the reunion date.
If we do a potluck everyone will be expected to contribute. If you are traveling you may be asked to sign up for something you can easily pick up from a store.
Kids are definitely welcome and we will have plenty of activities for them.
If we happen to have adult only activities getting childcare set up beforehand is best — preferably within the family.
More info on hotel blocks will come as soon as we get a headcount and itinerary setup.
